Affordable Housing Appeals Act Resources

Under the Affordable Housing Land Use Appeals Act, also known as 8-30g, towns that do not have at least 10% of their housing designated as affordable are much more limited in their ability to reject an affordable housing development proposal. To learn more about the Affordable Housing Land Use Appeals Act, including links to the statute, guidelines and regulations, and an explainer from the Legal Assistance Resource Center of CT, visit the Lyceum website.
